Outstation service
Round Trip Cab from Bangalore
A cab round trip keeps one car and one driver with you from the moment you leave home until you are dropped back in Bengaluru. It suits weekend getaways, temple visits, family functions in another town and multi-day holidays where you want to move freely.
How it works
One car, one driver, there and back
With a round trip taxi, the car does not leave you at the destination. The driver waits while you sightsee, takes you between places in and around the town, stays with you overnight on longer trips and drives you home at the end.
That is the main difference from a one-way drop. If you are not returning by road, or are coming back on a different day by train or flight, a one-way taxi is usually the better fit.
- Pickup from your home, hotel, office or railway station in Bengaluru.
- Stops on the way for breakfast, fuel and rest whenever you need them.
- Local running at the destination is part of the same trip.
- Drop back at the address of your choice in the city.
Billing
How a round trip is billed
Round trips are billed on the actual kilometres covered, with a minimum of 300 km for each day of the trip. A driver allowance is added for each day. The rate for each vehicle and the allowance are in the table on this page.
The 300 km rule matters most on short or slow trips. A day spent mostly at one hill station or temple town still counts as 300 km, while a long highway day is billed on what the odometer shows. Tolls and parking are extra, and when the route crosses into another state, interstate permit charges and tolls are added as per actuals.
For a full explanation of every charge, see our taxi fare guide.
Where people go
Popular round-trip routes from Bengaluru
Most of our round trips head to a handful of favourite destinations:
- Weekend breaks: Mysore, Coorg, Chikmagalur and Wayanad.
- Hill stations: Ooty, where the last stretch climbs through ghat roads.
- Pilgrimages: Tirupati and the Adiyogi statue near Chikkaballapur.
- City and coast: Chennai, Pondicherry, Mangalore and Goa.
Each route page shows the road distance and route-planner driving time so you can decide how many days to plan.
Choosing a car
Which vehicle for your trip
For two to four people with normal bags, a Dzire, Etios or Ciaz keeps the cost down. Families with more luggage, or anyone heading into the hills, tend to prefer an Innova, Innova Crysta or Innova Hycross for the extra room. For a larger group travelling together, a Tempo Traveller or a 21/24 seater mini bus keeps everyone in one vehicle.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum billing for a round trip cab?
Each day of a round trip is billed for at least 300 km, plus the driver allowance for that day. If you travel more than 300 km in a day, the actual kilometres are billed.
Is a round trip taxi cheaper than two one-way trips?
It depends on how long you stay. For a same-day return or a short stay with sightseeing, a round trip is usually more practical. For a long stay where you do not need the car, two separate one-way drops may work out better. Ask us to compare both.
Are tolls and permits included?
No. Tolls and parking are extra, and interstate permit charges are added when the trip enters another state. They are paid as per actuals.
Can I change my plan during the trip?
Yes. You can add stops or extend the trip, and the extra kilometres and days are billed at the same rates. Let the driver and our team know so we can plan the car.
How do I make a round trip cab booking?
Call or WhatsApp 99640 09999 with your pickup point, destinations, dates and number of travellers. We will confirm the vehicle and how the trip is billed.
