We work out which vehicles fit the group and plan pickups around the shift start. When the roster changes, let us know in advance so the plan can be adjusted.
Ad-hoc bookings. For one-off needs, an admin, HR or travel desk contact can simply call or WhatsApp 99640 09999 with the pickup, drop and time. This suits companies that need a few cabs a month rather than a fixed daily arrangement.
Many firms use both: a planned arrangement for shift staff and on-call bookings for everyone else. Airport runs for staff and visitors can be booked through our airport taxi service in the same way.

Matching the vehicle to the group
A sedan such as the Dzire, Etios or Ciaz suits up to four employees on a short route. The Innova, Innova Crysta and Innova Hycross carry more people with room to spare, which helps on longer commutes. For larger teams on a shared route, a Tempo Traveller or a mini bus can replace several cars, cutting the number of vehicles your admin team has to coordinate.
For a car with a driver for a full working day, for example for a senior visitor, our local packages below are often the simplest option.

The base fare for the 8 hours / 80 km package is confirmed when you book. Usage beyond the package is charged at the extra-hour and extra-km rates above. Fares are inclusive of GST; tolls, parking and permit charges are extra.
