Students often book a cab for a group heading to the airport on the same day when a term ends. In those cases, pre-book early and share the number of people and bags. Visitors on short stays can book both directions in advance and avoid waiting after a long journey.
For any departure, check your airline’s check-in cut-off and leave early enough for the cross-city drive. For arrivals, share the flight number and terminal so the driver can wait at the right door.
