Large exhibitions at BIEC draw crowds from all over India, and hotels fill up early. If you are flying in for a fair, book your cab when you confirm your flight ticket. Share your event name and the days you plan to attend so we can plan the pickup and drop around the schedule.

If you are visiting for more than one day, keep a small bag ready for the daily trip and leave heavier luggage at your hotel. Exhibition halls involve a lot of walking, so comfortable shoes and a light bag make the day easier, and a car waiting at the end of the day is welcome.
